I've been doin alot of workin out lately. I work 3 days a week, 12 hrs a day, so on my other days off, I go to the gym. I've really been enjoying it too. Treadmill for 45 minutes, then abs, then weights on whatever part of my body I want to work on. It's very cool to me because I have always enjoyed working out. Once I gained all my weight though, it was hard and I didn't like it at all anymore so I stopped and got lazier.
Well, I'm back at it now and hopefully I'll keep at it and get the weight off. The only problem I'm running into now is working with weights is building muscle, so it looks right now like I'm not losing any weight. But what I need to look at is the inches I guess. I'm gonna get it done though I know that for sure.
Anyway, Just wanted to post this one so I can look at it and see where I am. If someone stumbles onto this blog, feel free to post. Lemme know what you think or if you're going through any of this like I am. Maybe we can bounce ideas off one another.
