Running

Short post today. I'm on day 3 of a new training schedule to run a 5k. Gonna be a long road, but I think I can make it. Got a lot of supporters and I'm very happy about that. I'm hoping a couple of them will even join me. That would be cool. I didn't get a fill in my Lap Band today, because the doc felt like I'm prolly in the "green zone" which is great. It feels to me like I'm eating too much, but the weight is coming off.


The working out is getting a bit easier, with the exception of the weights. I'm not consistent enough with that part yet. I know this and am going to try to change it, but I'm concentrating more on the running at this point. It'll come, I know that, so I'm just gonna keep on keepin on.
